In pursuit of the perfect fusion between movement and case, engineers and chemists researched and developed a transparent material that reveals the heart of the watch while remaining robust enough to effectively protect the movement. The manufacture thus became an expert in synthetic — a material whose aesthetic qualities are truly unique in watchmaking, transforming every timepiece into a genuine work of art.
The calibre was developed to power smaller chronographs while opening up the world of to a new generation of enthusiasts. It retains the distinctive design of its predecessor, featuring a column-wheel double-clutch system visible from the dial side, along with a 72-hour power reserve. Thanks to a series of technical refinements — including the introduction of a new, slimmer automatic winding system — its overall height has been reduced by 1.3 mm.
