Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Rovellana ("we", "our", "the Store"). We are committed to compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected in accordance with UCC consumer goods standards.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after inspection. We comply with all FTC rules regarding fair refund practices and disclosures.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for identical items in different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable. This complies with UCC and FTC guidelines for product hygiene standards.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. All claims will be processed in compliance with FTC consumer protection regulations.
